Total Cost: $104,400 per month: Increase of $400 over last proposal.

Changes from the previous funding proposal:

Removal of JimBob from reoccurring contributor funding. JimBob has left the core team. The writer role is now paid ad hoc out of Beefy Discretionary. Funding for JimBob stopped in November.

Salary increase for ReflectiveChimp $6K -> $8K:

ReflectiveChimp has acted in the role of lead developer for the Beefy UI for the past months, including handling the massive task/overhaul needed for Beefy ZapV2. Compensation at $8K per month will align Chimp’s rate with other Beefy lead devs.

Producer role to be filled by MisterDollahSignz. MisterDollahSignz started taking on Beefy producer responsibilities in January. The role was unfilled in November and December and the budget was unused.
