🎲 What is MooWars? To play MooWars, players first need to mint a pack of cards. There are a total of 8,000 packs of cards available to mint. Each pack contains 10 unique cards (80,000 cards total). The cost to mint a pack of cards is 0.05 BIFI. After you open your pack of cards, you can keep and trade them, or you can battle them in the arena.

You battle for keeps in MooWars — if you battle another player and win, you take their card. Each NFT card has unique attributes which determines its power level. You can collect cards because you like the way they look, or you can risk them in the arena and try to win even stronger cards.

👽 Who are we? We’re Moondance DAO, a studio dedicated to building for and with DAOs. In the real world, we are a creative agency servicing emerging technology companies and the Fortune 500 – Moondance is our pseudonym. We have been in stealth mode for the last 6 months building MooWars.

🐮 Why Beefy? We are holders of BIFI. We’ve been with you since the beginning on the Binance Smart Chain and we believe in the community and the core team. We set out with the goal to build something the DAO will love. We are incredibly excited to share what we have been working on!

🔥 What are our goals?

• Provide more visibility for Beefy and more use cases for the BIFI token
• Create a high quality project for the Beefy community with a new and unique NFT game
• Make enough profit to incentivize Moondance and Beefy to continue to work together
• Have fun and inspire more projects and more innovation

💰 How do we generate revenue? In the beginning, MooWars will make revenue from three sources:

1. Mint proceeds (0.05 BIFI per pack, 8,000 packs)
2. Trading revenue (aftermarket trading of NFTs)
3. Game revenue (dynamic fees, adjustable to maximize player participation)

🤝 How can the Beefy DAO invest in MooWars? We have self-funded all of the development of MooWars over the last six months, including the frontend code, smart contracts, game, design, and artwork. We are now ready to offer the Beefy DAO an opportunity to invest in and participate in the success of the project.

We have three investment options for the DAO to select from:

1. Get 10% ownership for 0 BIFI (Beefy treasury receives 40 BIFI on mint out)
2. Buy 20% ownership for 50 BIFI (Beefy treasury receives 80 BIFI on mint out)
3. Buy 40% ownership for 100 BIFI (Beefy treasury receives 160 BIFI on mint out)

The Beefy treasury will receive mint proceeds, trading revenue, and game revenue proportional to the DAO’s ownership in MooWars. The DAO’s ownership will never be diluted.

We are looking to the Beefy DAO as a strategic investor, bringing their energy, community, and social reach to support MooWars.

🔗 What chain will we launch on? After much deliberation, we have decided to launch MooWars on the Fantom chain. We kindly invite you to (1) buy BIFI on Fantom using SpookySwap, (2) bridge your BIFI to Fantom using Multichain, or (3) pull 0.05 BIFI out of Maxi on Fantom and mint a pack when we launch.

🕒 When will MooWars launch? The artwork, smart contracts, and design for the game and integrated marketplace are complete. 🗳 Voting and Proposal Execution This proposal is made with a seven day voting window. The choice with the most votes meeting quorum wins. Should the DAO decide to invest in MooWars, the Treasury Council may send the allocated BIFI to 0xf2c253249EB305858b7b748F6F8115C2F4B07406 on the Fantom chain.
