Organize an auction to implement new farms and burn BIFI tokens

The idea is similar to the farm auctions from Pancakeswap

The idea is to organize an auction on several days where the competitors must be able to offering a number of $BIFI token. The better bid will have the possibility to be part of the Beefy adventure (LP farms will be implement on the Beefy platform and the Beefy team will promote the winner). The BIFI tokens collected by this action will be burn.
