ReflectiveChimp into the Beefy Core

This proposal is submitted to get DAO approval on getting ReflectiveChimp to join Beefy Core as a full-time UI engineer starting from April 1, with 6000$ monthly reward.

RC has over a decade of experience developing high-quality websites; with more recent work centred around building web3 applications in Typescript using the React framework. RC has previously worked extensively on the Beefy V1 app and has already begun contributing to Beefy V2.

Going forward RC will be focusing on updating and improving Beefy’s V2 app UI and architecture, developing any new features as required.
