Request For Funds: retroactive bounty payment to wivern, v2 ZAP implementation

During Beefy v2 development early days there was an agreement between sirbeef and wivern to port ZAP functionality from v1 to v2 app on a 5000$ bounty basis. This task has been developed by wivern in a few parts, the last one has completed a few months ago (added ZAP Out functionality to v2 app) and now this bounty is considered as fully completed and ready to be paid.

ZAP is currently fully functioning on Beefy v2: beta.beefy.finance and can be tested by anyone.

This is a request for 5000$, paid in USDC from Beefy Treasury to award wivern for bounty completion.
