Funds Requested: $6,000 Monthly Budget

The Beefy Core Team has been using its $5,000 discretionary budget, approved in previous proposal, to bribe on Equalizer and Thena for BIFI Liquidity. With the addition of Thena, Beefy is now spending $1,000 / week on bribes. This leaves little to no budget remaining for paying invoices for infrastructure and other miscellaneous expenses. In the 2 months a year which have 5 weeks of bribes, the discretionary budget would be fully consumed by bribes.

This proposal would create a recurring monthly budget of $6,000 to be used at the Beefy Core Team’s discretion to strategically bribe LPs across various platforms. This will largely be used to bribe BIFI pairs which will directly benefit holders by providing higher yield opportunities for the BIFI token.

This proposal does not obligate the Core to team to spend the full $6,000 each month. All bribes would be tracked in the same Google sheet where the discretionary budget is being tracked for full transparency to ensure the budget is not exceeded. This also allows freedom in the discretionary budget to cover infra costs and do small marketing efforts.
