Issue:
The current monthly budget of $100k includes nearly 15% of the total to a cause only explained as "Mods". While an eponymous and most well known moderator, Pablo, already receives a monthly salary of $6.4k.
This would mean that a ~$180k hole exists on Beefy's annual budget, where nobody outside of the Core team knows who is getting paid what and with what justification. This goes against the high standard the project has set for transparency as the work done of almost every salaried position (if not all of them) can easily be independently audited by public means and moreover the salary is at the very least matched to a pseudonym.
Proposed solution:
It is proposed that Beefy.finance Core team members should produce and publish exact statements of who receives what amount of money, along with a justification for these spends. These records can be published in a reoccuring statement at the end of each month or funding circle.
If passed, this proposal should be immediately applicable.
