Spanish Documentation Rewards Proposal

This is a proposal to reward community member Freije, who has completed a full translation of the English documentation into Spanish. To ensure high quality, it has been peer-reviewed by another long term Spanish community member. The Spanish docs are available at: https://docs.beefy.com/v/sp/

As a compensation for the undertaken efforts, and in line with previous full documentation translation rewards, this proposal asks to retroactively reward Freije with $1000, paid in stables.
