Retroactive reward for AllTrades (v2, etc.)

Compensation for work from 11-23-21 to 2-16-22 (11 weeks), discussed recently with @Pablo (v2 project manager)

• v2 commit count: 76, mostly v1->v2 migration syncs but also

  • significant enhancement to migration script to sync Boosts as well as vaults in a robust and maintainable way (https://discord.com/channels/755231190134554696/824676912868622377/924572847580516432)
  • new chains added to migration script as they arose: Fuse, Metis, Aurora, Moonbeam
  • hand-migrated BIFI earnings pool objects when added to a new chain: Metis, Aurora, Moonbeam (T-218, T-269, T-457)
  • search-box enhancement to hit on token names in vaults & boosts, not just vault names (e.g. BIFI hits on "Sound of Moosic" vault) (T-233)
  • located and fixed up the vault objects which needed to be tagged as using a lending strategy (T-321)
  • improved the lending-strategy text to reflect marketability risk (T-321)
  • rationalized vault objects' platform property
  • hand-migrated new stable tokens to v2 (T-258, T-263)
  • fixed GitHub display to honor Beefy's 2-space tab standard
  • fixed bug where Deposit and Withdraw buttons were incorrectly disabled
  • enhanced v1->v2 migration script to sync vaults' depositsPaused status

• extensive attention paid toward advancing Cowllector's efficacy: operation analysis, problem isolation, interaction with development to rationalize the approach and so deliver better results
