The proposed budget covers sponsorship costs, marketing materials, and travel expenses for Beefy's participation in industry events.

As a pivotal contributor to DeFi, Beefy develops exceptional products and plays a crucial role in driving market growth while extending its benefits to the broader public. Beefy deploys its most talented individuals to expand its presence across the crypto and financial industries.

The requested funds are allocated for participation in blockchain and cryptocurrency-related events, including conferences, summits, and meetups. These gatherings enable Beefy to engage with industry experts, showcase its products, and establish a presence in diverse communities. The anticipated cost of attending a major conference ranges from $5,000 to $40,000, depending on the event's scale and location.

Beefy's involvement often includes speaking engagements, which may be part of a sponsorship package or result from professional invitations. These events enhance Beefy's legitimacy as a substantial project in the eyes of users and industry professionals. Individuals from around the globe eagerly anticipate opportunities to connect with Beefy and share how it has enriched their lives. Moreover, these events allow Beefy to expand its network, cultivate relationships with other projects in the crypto industry, and engage with companies entering the crypto space, providing Beefy with a competitive edge.

Sponsoring and attending conventions enables Beefy to: • Uncover new opportunities and innovative ideas • Forge connections with new and established protocols • Cultivate business partnerships • Access industry insights • Expand and fortify the Beefy brand among both new and existing audiences • Foster the professional and personal growth of Beefy staff • Facilitate competitor and industry analysis • Mitigate common user apprehensions associated with anonymous DeFi projects

In 2025, Beefy plans to sponsor four events:

1. ETHDenver (Wrapped Multichain Day)
2. TOKEN 2049 Dubai (Wrapped Multichain Day)
3. TOKEN 2049 Singapore (Wrapped Multichain Day)

Potential additional event participation includes: ETHCC, DevCon, EthGlobal Events, Money2020 Amsterdam, and Wrapped Blockhouse London.

In addition to these events, Beefy participates in side events. Historically, Beefy has attended two side events for each main event, but this is projected to decrease in 2025 to align with the reduced overall budget from previous years. Side events are cost-effective and highly beneficial for fostering partner relationships, enhancing brand visibility, providing networking opportunities, generating leads and business development, and demonstrating products while gathering feedback.

Beefy may also deploy representatives to events for speaking engagements, networking, business endeavors, disseminating informative content, and participating in industry discussions on regulatory matters to share valuable insights.
