Changes from Previous Proposal

AllTrades - $4,500 --> $0

• After detailed discussions among the Core team, it has been agreed that AllTrades will step down from Core and no longer receive reoccurring funding. The evolving nature of Beefy's automation means that the demand for technical skills is ever changing, and we must all continually justify why our contributions deserve a given level of compensation. We thank AllTrades for his contributions and efforts.

Power - $0 --> $4,500

• Power has been added to reoccurring funding to recognise his vast range of contributions, including on treasury strategy & management, market making & liquidity management, and moderator management. Power has been contributing to Beefy as a Core team member for years without dedicated funding. His role has increased continually throughout that time, particularly with the recent influx of treasury assets and liquidity concerns.

Jack - $0 --> $4,000

• Jack (jackgale.eth) has recently joined the Core team, to focus on non-development work including accounting/financial reporting, legal/compliance and marketing/copywriting. Though distinct funding has been provided for financial reporting and copywriting, it has been agreed that Jack's range of contributions can be amalgamated into one source of funding, and that he will not be remunerated from other budgets.
