Adding Reoccuring Funding - 0xww or HeisenBeer

Add HeisenBeer as part of the reccuring contributor funding to the amount of $5,000 per month starting on March 1st.

HeisenBeer will work as a Beefy full stack developer. Helping with automation, DevOps and smart contract development. He will also provide support to frontend development if necessary.

Some responsabilities or tasks:

• As cowllector maintainer bringing support to fix bugs, developing new cowllector features and reviewing code from PRs from other contributors.
• Maintaining and expanding the usecases of our continuous integration bot 'beefybot'. This is a Github account created by HeisenBeer to automate CI/CD with custom scripts. This helps automate and improve some of our development processes.
• Be an active contributor in beefy’s back-end repositories
• Contribute on developing and deploying new vaults.
• Continue working in the vault deploy automation scripts. This could greatly increase the output of our strategists: https://github.com/beefyfinance/beefy-contracts/tree/BTnD/scripts/automation.
