Update Token Ticker

This is a vote to update the ticker of the BIFI token

The current ticker is $BIFI

This proposal is to update the ticker to $BEEFY

The purpose is so users can easily search and find the token, and also prevent confusion from this protocol which also has BiFi as their token ticker https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/bifi

The $BEEFY ticket will be distinct and much more searchable for those who are willing to purchase Beefy's token
