Sell an asset to cash out non DAO members from the old wallet

There are old members who contributed to the old shared wallet that ended up not joining the DAO. At the moment they're investment is pretty much in limbo since the assets have been moved to the DAO wallet and they cannot contribute to our decisions. This is a proposal to sell off an asset or assets and cash them out at a reasonable rate compared to the current market value of their shares. If the vote is approved then the next proposal will be about asset to sell as well as rate at which they will be cashed out at.
