Reward Music Directors Netrim and S0meone with 4000 USDC each

Background

@Netrim and @S0meone have been serving as Music Directors for over a year. During this time, they have made significant contributions to our community and projects. To recognize their efforts, we propose to reward each of them with 4000 USDC.

Justification

Netrim and S0meone have been instrumental in various areas, including: Pool Analysis: Conducting detailed analyses of our pools to optimize performance. Competitor Analysis: Evaluating competitors to identify opportunities and improve our strategies. Governance Proposals: Drafting and submitting governance proposals to drive the project forward. Treasury Management: Instrumental contributions to the treasury framework as well as general treasury management. Community Engagement: Actively engaging with the community to foster a supportive environment. Multisig Management: Actively put up and promptly sign messages on our Treasury multisig

Their work has been essential to our growth and success, and it's appropriate to reward their hard work with a financial bonus.

Proposal

Allocate 4000 USDC each to Netrim and S0meone from our treasury as a recognition of their contributions over the past year.

Impacts/Risk

The financial impact of this proposal is a total expenditure of 8000 USDC from our treasury.

Specification/Execution Plan

Approval: Upon approval of this BIP, 4000 USDC will be allocated to each of the Music Directors, Netrim and S0meone. Disbursement: The funds will be transferred to their respective wallets
