Music Directors

This vote is to approve the adoption of the Music Directors, it therefore excludes the following areas, they have a separate vote:

1. Framework for Governance
2. Guide Tones
3. Delegate Program

Below is the scope that was pulled together based on discussions held in our discord server and the Fireside chat. Please not that that voting yes also accepts existing members of the Liquidity Committee to be the initial Music Directors
