Treasury farming on Solidly

Voting ended about 4 years agoSucceeded

We propose to use treasury assets to farm $SOLID at solidly.

Solidly (also known as solidswap) is a new dex built by Andre Cronje with a gauge voting model for farming incentives. Beethoven X owns 2.937% of the voting power at launch, which can be used to assign $SOLID incentives to pools. While this is a good start, in the long run, the initial voting power will get diluted. It is thus desirable for our treasury to farm $SOLID and lock into our veNFT to accumulate more voting power.

Pro:

  1. Our holding of veNFT gives a boost (up to 2.5x) in $SOLID farming reward if we use treasury to farm;
  2. More voting power will enable BeethovenX to incentivize pools that benefit fBEETS holders and the protocol;
  3. More voting power will also earn BeethovenX potential bribes and trading fees for solidly pools;

Con:

  1. Solidly as a new dAPP comes with potential smart contract risks.

Options:

  1. Use treasury to farm $SOLID without cap;
  2. Use treasury to farm $SOLID with a cap of $400k USD worth of assets;
  3. Use treasury to farm $SOLID with a cap of $200k USD worth of assets;
  4. Do not use treasury to farm

Note that this is a ranked vote. Please rank your preference and try to make your ranking consistent (for example 1 > 3 > 2 is an inconsistent ranking).
