BIP - 37: A Non-Profit Limited Liability Company for the BeethovenX DAO

This vote if following the work done in order to determine a suitable jurisdiction to incorporate the BeethovenX DAO.

In summary, this vote aims to:

• Approve and consent to the MiDAO engagement letter
• Authorize the preparation of an operating agreement for the RMI NP LLC for future DAO approval.
• Authorize the retention of the DAO’s representative to engage in the MiDAO and RMI KYC process.
• Authorize the submission of the balance of paperwork required to obtain a charter for the RMI NP LLC.
• Authorize the following treasury allocations

Treasury payment overview:

• $4,500 upon approval of this proposal to appoint MiDAO
• $4,500 upon issuance of the charter for the NP DAO LLC
• $1,000 for second-year registration fee, to be paid at the appropriate time in the second year
• $5,000 for the third-year registration fee, to be paid at the appropriate time in the third year

Total initial funding cost is $15,000 paid in USDC
