We have a very unique opportunity to make a small, $20k seed investment in Catalog from our treasury. 

This is a strategic opportunity, with crossover to our labs model and equity value for members.

From Jeremy, founder of Catalog: tl;dr — It's a seed extension round, we're raising 5M at 50M on a SAFE with a token warrant. The round is led by Variant Fund and co-led by Kindred Ventures. Other participants include 1confirmation, who led our last round, Inflection, Delphi Digital & NoiseDAO. We also have 20+ angels onboard, made up of musicians, builders, founders, and other operators deep in the web3 and music space.

The investment does NOT have any material financial impact on our Season 0 or Season 1 plans.
