Expulsion of Member

Members,

As proposed and seconded by members of the Telegram, we are initiating a vote on the formal expulsion of a member, "Ramesh G." This decision is based on conduct involving baseless accusations, and inflammatory intent, which do not align with the standards of professionalism and decorum we uphold. These standards are particularly important for those recognized as "accredited investors," and in his case, as a Curator accredited by activity rather than financial means.

Despite sharing three years of financials and a detailed recap of all public wallets for analysis, Ramesh G's baseless accusations continued in the Telegram for weeks, disregarding the provided information. This behavior has persisted beyond previous warnings and a compliance deadline, and the expulsion request has been reinforced by other members of the Telegram. In protest, Ramesh G has proactively removed himself from the Telegram group.

It is important to note that Ramesh remains under the signed confidentiality agreements in the Operating Agreement and is therefore legally bound by these terms, restricting him from disparaging any member or damaging the brand of BeetsDAO. In return, he will retain possession of all non-BEETS assets (which are non-transferable) and remain eligible for pro-rata distributions, as outlined in the forthcoming wind-down proposal. He will remain eligible as long as he does not further persist his actions, breaking confidentiality, into a public form of slander as restricted by the OA.
