$FUNG Release Schedule - Interim Governance Vote

$FUNG distributions will begin between August-September timeframe. While we orginially believe we'd be subject to a 12 month vesting schedule, we have the opportunity to change that vesting schedule to an immediate distribution. In order to protect the price of the investment, we may want to put voluntary restrictions on that distribution with a self-imposed vesting schedule of up to 7 days.
