Songadaymann Song and Shared Project

We aim to establish a collaboration project with the artist Jonathan Mann aka Songadaymann, who has been working on a 13 year 1-song-a-day journey (ongoing sine die) and has recently started to move his archive to the NFT realm. He successfully sold out in 30 min the first year, currently prepares the second one, and constantly innovates with the format, royalty sharing options and community building among his fans. A unique figure in the space that's talented, very knowledgeable and just getting started in a practical manner at around the same time we do. He is reaching 5000 songs in approx 18 months, the same timeline the DAO has for its own big leap into the public eye. With this nascent relationship we'll walk, learn, grow, innovate together and mutually benefit on our respective paths from a very early stage.

As this first experiment in partnership with BeetsDAO he will be creating a song about the Harberger Tax that we will then sell on a Harberger model on a dedicated site. The DAO will facilitate the Solidity dev for the contract. We will split the revenues on perpetuity with the Artist 50/50.

We propose an expense up to 5/6 eth for any need on the Solidity dev side, probably an audit, that will bring a formative benefit for our devs in the DAO on this key and highly needed skill that will prove useful in future projects. We might also start seeking for a Solidity expert position for the DAO and this will serve as a first step.

Part of the funds could be used to acquire a meaningful collection of his near term other NFT releases. There, the ROI would come via its hodl value, royalty prospects and strengthening ties with the Artist and his communities of pairs, colleagues and fans.

Both this partner and project align with virtually all the core objectives of BeetsDAO (innovation, experimentation, community, exploration of new revenue models).
