We will prioritize purchasing a parcel next to Etheopath. None of the current buy it now options are next to his. If we become priced out of bids next to etheopath's, we will aim for the cheapest parcel(s). If we are unable to purchase parcels bordering Etheopath's, then we will focus on purchasing neighboring parcels.
