Mars Parcels Incentive (completion)

A follow up vote to complete the Mars Incentive program.

FUNDING DETAILS AND CHOICES:

We approved 1 Eth for dropping NFT's to our Enigma 17 print holders. Thanks to our ability to move swiftly then, we managed to get the last 70 parcels at 0.01 Eth each just before they doubled in price. With that, we were able to airdrop to all 17, 2, 4 and 20 Enigma holders one parcel each. (A 4x result at 25.8% extra cost).

We have 8 parcels left, plus the initial MARS26 token of all parcels.

Total cost to date, including gas, is 1.2579 Eth.

A total of 1.3 Eth was advanced by DAO member Pether0x and put into a Mars Print Incentive wallet to purchase and drop the parcels. This DAO wallet has now 0.00421 Eth, plus the MARS26 token and 8 Mars NFT Parcels.

We can:

(1) Reimburse Pether0x personal address with 1.3 Eth.

(2) Fund the wallet with up to an additional 0.4 Eth in the event we move ahead with a Mixed Arts Contest in our Metaverse parcels and spaces. This amount would be used as a prize, if there is an entry who merits it. We'll hold the option to mint the winning pieces for our museum or other uses.

We could mint the winning pieces of a Mixed Arts Contest, but we are not expecting to make money out of this. The main objective of this program is branding and community building around BeetsDAO.
