Enigma Auction Bidding Method

A group of developers in the #dev_breakout group tested bidding in open sea with Gnosis and Argent, and have concluded that using a multisig causes serious issues because we cannot set the gas limit or cancel/increase the gas limit once a transaction is created. So, we run the risk of not being able to bid because our transactions would all get stuck.

@Etheopath proposed that we have a Producer execute the bids from a personal wallet. @antmn proposed that @biko be the one to execute the bids from his wallet.
