Allocate funds for MetaFactory Merch (vote #2)

As many of you know I have been in talks with MetaFactory over the past week or so regarding digi-physical merch for BeetsDAO. We’ve been discussing in the brand-storming channel and a group of us have decided to prioritize a BeetsDAO genesis bomber jacket!

While we will not have to pay for merch production (MF handles this and all logistics), I propose that we allocate funds to purchase bomber jackets for all ~57 of us and additional 3-5 jackets to be gifted to print holders and 4/20 drop holders. We will purchase these 60-65 jackets at a slightly discounted rate, and after that we can decide if we’d like to make it available to the public on MetaFactory's shop.

There are a number of considerations we can get into if this is approved, for instance:

Do we include a physical chip inside the jacket? MF did this with their genesis bomber jacket (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VdtEHFv54iA at 3 minutes 40 seconds) Do we include our four enigma LPs on the jacket? If so, do we include augmented reality (AR) that activates them? What kind of unlockable NFT content do we associate with the jackets? MetaFactory estimates that the bombers will cost between $90-$220. Thus, to be conservative I want to assume we order 65 jackets at $220 per unit. This comes out to a total max cost (assuming $2450 ETH) of 5.83 ETH.

It is worth noting that we will be handsomely rewarded in MetaFactory’s $ROBOT governance token for this. Currently the rate is $3 worth of $ROBOT to every $1 spent on the site. This rate will soon decrease, but the fact of the matter is this is not only a way to establish our brand and get a priceless genesis digi-physical NFT, but also an investment in MetaFactory. We’ll be airdropped enough $ROBOT tokens to offset the ETH that we spend (and then some).

When it’s all said and done we could just swap the $ROBOT back to $ETH and recoup our costs completely. My vote would be to hold $ROBOT because it is aligned with our mission and vision, but my point is that this is a low risk scenario.

A YES vote on this proposal is a vote to allocate up to 5.83 ETH for this purchase.

TO BE CLEAR - design will be finalized later and if funds are approved we will have another vote later on where the community will vote on a number of design options. I didn't want us to get ahead of ourselves re: design and I have full faith in our ability as a collective to pull together and approve an amazing design for this!
