BIP#72 Temporarily adjust the 7-day time lock to 24 hours

Summary

Based on the current liquidity crisis, in order to respond to community feedback faster and better and adjust the protocol parameters, we recommend temporarily adjusting the 7-day time lock to 24 hours, and immediately restore it to the original 7-day time lock when the protocol returns to normal operation.

Voting Quorum: Approximately 51.8M veBEND (10% of the total supply). Pass Rate: Over 70% approval. The voting will last for 3 days.
