This BIP proposes increasing the base rate for the ETH and USDT pools in response to current market conditions.
New Proposed Base Rate Increase: 5%:
- ETH Pool Base Rate: From 12% to 17%.
- USDT Pool Base Rate: From 7% to 12%.
This adjustment aims to better align with market dynamics and enhance the overall protocol performance.
Voting Quorum: Approximately 46M veBEND (10% of the total supply)
