Based on the current market situation and liquidity is insufficient and the current interest rate is too high. According to community feedback, we recommend adjusting the interest rate model with the following parameters.

ETH Pool: baseRate: 7% -> 7%; slope1: 16% -> 16%; slope2: 200% -> 100%, gradually decreasing 20% every day; optimalUtilizationRate: 65% -> 65%;
