Adjust listing floor price threshold, list more collections from BTC & ETH.

Background BendDAO bluechips threshold floorprice is set in last bull market and ETH loan only, but now BTC assets should be added and USDT loan is supported, we need to change the listing floor price from ETH based to USDT based and more collections.
