Mining Reward System Enhancement Voting

BRY Holders/ Lovers, we heard your request; it's the voting time! We are proposing a new rule to improve the mining reward system and ensure the sustainable growth of the community.

Currently, only the top 5 miners in terms of data submitting speed gain rewards. However, based on the recent community feedbacks and team investigations, some miners with high computing power take advantage of the current reward system and hostilely dumping BRY, harming the long-term benefits of the Berry community and BRY investors. 

Therefore, we sincerely propose that:

1. Create a whitelist for miners who agree with the miner behavior consensus.
2. Only miners in the whitelist can submit data.
3. The BRY reward for each block will be split into three potions, miner rewards, BRY staking pool, and burn pool. The percentage of the three pools will be adjusted based on the price of BRY.

What are the benefits of the new proposal:

1. Enhance mining mechanism and prevent hostile manipulation.
2. More BRY holders and Berry lovers can share the mining rewards.
3. Ensure the long-term prosperity of the berry community and BRY investors.

Voting options:

1. No change: keep the current status - top 5 miners take all rewards.
2. Go for the proposal: create a miner whitelist, split the rewards, and burn the rest to prevent inflation.

Who can vote:

1. Anyone who has BRY in their wallets, miners who staked BRY to mine, and yield farmers who have BRY-BNB LP.
2. Snapshot block: 6387956 (around 2021–04–08 20:50 SGT) ( To be able to vote you need voting power, your voting power is calculated at the "snapshot" of the proposal. The snapshot is the block number where the voting power matter, if you don't have any token at this block number you will not have any voting power and won't be able to vote.)
