Offer Inverse Bonds to grow the backing per wMEMO, and give a mechanism for people to get out
This would allow TIME/wMEMO owners to burn their tokens in exchange for a slightly discounted share of the treasury backing. It would create a mechanism for people to leave that want an exit, while simultaneously growing the amount of treasury backing each wMEMO for the people that choose to stay. Its a win-win for all Frogs.
