Hold election to replace low presence multi-sig signers of the Bastard DAO

As you can see, address 0x6Bf97f2534be2242dDb3A29bfb24d498212DcdED (bastard whale M4T) has 0 contributions, 0xC49598aEd662c76d38030a62ce0Af558349f8f17 (bastard whale Rooster M) has 8 contributions and juicy.eth (also a bastard whale) has 10, most of which came in the earlier days of the DAO.

More recently, the same 5 people are signing every DAO transaction, which puts the DAO into a less than ideal situation. Those usual 5 members are already slow to respond, which means txs are slow to be confirmed by the multi-sig. If one of those 5 members becomes even less present, the DAO becomes even slower to operate than it already is and the risk of the DAO becoming locked due to an inability to get 5 signatures from the existing signers is increasingly high.

This proposal is to replace M4T, Rooster and Juicy as signers by holding a re-election for their 3 multi-sig signer seats. Since the original election for these seats, the community has seen many members join that are very active in the discord and I believe it's in the best interest of the DAO to have signer seats occupied by active members of the community so the DAO has the lowest possible risk of becoming locked. To be clear, I have nothing against these signers, I’m a big fan of all of them, but we do need more active signers in those seats.

Proposal Terms

If this proposal passes we will initiate an election for these 3 multi-sig signer seats. We will gather candidates for the election via a 7 day window where volunteers can enter their names to be included as options on the official election ballot. Once this window is closed, we will follow that up with an official 7 day weighted voting proposal where the top 3 vote getters will be awarded these 3 seats. Upon conclusion of the election, the multi-sig will make the necessary txs to replace the members previously mentioned with the newly elected members, who will get the @signer role in the bastard discord which will also add them to the channel where the multi-sig is managed.
