Update #4813 Background to GLITCHY AF ZIGZAG

Currently, BGAN #4813 has the background trait: SOLID AF

After reviewing the trait constitution and similar Bastards it seems this is the best fit for #4813. It does not meet the requirements for GRADIENT, because the color does not gradually transition from one color to another, but all at once on the other side of the zigzag line. Also it does not meet the diagonal because the zigzag does not run all the way from the top left corner to the bottom right corner. It is also clearly not SOLID AF.

The trait constitution for GLITCHY AF ZIGZAG is below:

1.4.26 ZIGZAG A. RANK: 25 B. Anything looking like diagonal that isn't a diagonal line upper left to lower right. C. Zigzags often run over top of other shapes.

#4813 seems to fit this criteria best. There are multiple diagonal lines in the background. The 1st diagonal line starts in the top left corner and runs down and right until it hits the Bastard. There is another diagonal line in the bottom right corner which is moving down and right as well which terminates to the left of the bottom right corner.
