To elect an admin

With Snooplyin’s retirement from their posts as multi-sig and admin, we found ourselves without a person responsible for maintaining the security of the Bganpunks discord, traits management/editing and constitution update. Snoop’s vision was that these processes become decentralized such that changes would ideally occur as soon as votes pass or less ideally through a multi-sig wallet. I personally checked several options out there and contacted mirror.xyz and sigle.io but none of these services support multi-sig (yet). Tally.xyz is one protocol that could make it possible but requires some coding and I must look into their governor mechanics to see if its feasible for us and compatible with our activities. It is like snapshot.org but on-chain, the downside is that it requires gas for every vote. Until these processes are optimized, we should assign an admin to fill in Snoop’s big shoes.

I propose we elect an admin to take charge of these operations. This is a position of high trust and candidates must be selected based on absolute trust and competence. The elected admin must absolutely answer to the will of the DAO, protect the collection, apply the necessary changes and strive to decentralize the DAOs processes.

If this proposal passes, we will gather candidates for the election via a 7-day window where volunteers can enter their names to be included on the election ballot. Once this window is closed, we will follow that up with an official 7-day weighted voting proposal. In addition, the House of Bgans must cast its vote (through DAO’s Bgan holdings) during that period. The successful candidate will be assigned admin status and will coordinate the transition with Snoop and Berk.
