Action if proposal passes: If this proposal passes, any BGAN DAO member can (at their own cost) locate a developer to create a proposal for a native BGAN DAO token. The developer must submit a proposal to the DAO (through a DAO member) for the DAO to vote on.
The project proposal should include the following information: Name of developer(s) Developer(s) experience Tokenomics, i.e., type of token, amount of tokens, method for issuance, etc. Anything else that may be helpful
Action if a developer’s proposal passes: The developer is authorized to develop the native token as outlined in their approved proposal. Any approved and valid developer’s proposal will be completed with the oversight of the signers of the DAO multi-sig wallet, or other BGAN DAO members appointed by a signer of the DAO multi-sig. The DAO multi-sig is authorized to compensate the developer for the amount agreed to in the approved developer proposal if development proceeds consistently with the approved proposal.
Addressing concerns with tokens: The $BGAN token is a digital reward token and is not a security token. The $BGAN token is not being offered to investors and there is no initial coin offering to promote the $BGAN token. Like $BTC (which is the digital reward generated from the Bitcoin blockchain), the $BGAN reward will be created and distributed through a unique blockchain protocol, i.e. a smart contract. The $BGAN token may or may not have value. The BGAN DAO cannot, and does not, control whether $BGAN, any NFT, or any other digital reward has monetary value. Within and for the purposes of the BGAN DAO, $BGAN shall not be exchanged for other cryptocurrencies. The BGAN DAO shall not create a liquidity pool with $BGAN to exchange it for other cryptocurrencies. The DAO may create other blockchain protocols that use $BGAN, and it may create and sell non-fungible tokens and physical items for $BGAN.
