The goal here is to officially establish the core BGAN V2 DAO constitution so the community can begin passing proposals to modify the constitution and manage the treasury. Future moves of integrating into systems like Aragon or whatever else should simply come in the form of passing valid proposals.

I propose to set the following language as the core constitution, which would be subject to change via the community passing valid proposals.

BGAN V2 DAO CONSTITUTION

In this living document, you'll find the official requirements created and maintained by the BGAN V2 community when creating and passing proposals for the BGAN V2 DAO. Additions, subtractions, and any other modifications should be passed through valid snapshot proposals from this point forward.

PROPOSALS

Voting Rules

1. In order to vote on BGAN V2 DAO proposals, you are required to hold at least 1 BGAN V2 in the wallet you connect to snapshot.org at the time of the creation of a proposal. a. If a proposal is created and then you buy a BGAN, then a snapshot taken earlier than your buy will exclude that BGAN from your voting power.
2. 1 BGAN V2 is equal to 1 vote.
3. Proposals must go through the designated BGAN V2 snapshot channel, which can be found at this link https://snapshot.org/#/bgansv2.eth.
4. Within the first 24 hours after the proposal has passed, a veto can be proposed. If no veto is initiated within 24 hours, a passing proposal becomes official and cannot be voted to change until after implementation. If a veto is attempted and fails, then the original proposal will become official upon the veto proposal's expiration.

Valid Proposals

1. The snapshot block used to create the proposal should be the default block snapshot.org automatically sets when a new proposal is being created. This is to say the snapshot should roughly represent the holders at the time the snapshot proposal window is opened.
2. The proposal has to be shared in the official #proposal-alerts (read-only) channel of the Bastard Gan Punks V2 discord within an hour of the proposal going live. A snapshot bot has been set up to relay proposals to this channel automatically, but it is the responsibility of the proposer to verify the proposal made it into the channel. It should show up as soon as the proposal is active. If the bot failed for any reason, notify an admin/moderator and post a link to the proposal in #proposal-discussion.
3. The proposal ran for at least three days or 72+ hours.
4. There are no minimum unique wallet or minimum vote requirements.
