Reimburse the GAS paid by simian.eth for sending the HONORARY BASTARDS

I've taken the initiative to create and send free HONORARY BASTARDS to people who rock a bganpunk as their twitter pfp. I believe it's important to reward our most loyal holders and promotors in these times. There are currently around 30 bastards on the waitlist for an honorary bastard, so the GAS costs to send them is adding up. Sending them all out will cost around 0.16 ETH, which would help if it was reimbursed in ETH or even with a floor bastard.

Eventually, I'd love to create even more HONORARY BASTARDS, and organise other benefits / fun activities around this, but that's for another proposal ;)
