Spend 1 ETH on GLICPIXXX V2

We have already passed a proposal to spend 5 ETH on bastards, which was recently executed (see https://snapshot.org/#/bgansv2.eth/proposal/0x40261947d1367bafe26783f900f3e50685e1dd2fc2e060cbc88d7ad943111876)

The DAO should support multiple projects in the "bastardverse". One of these projects is GLICPIXXX V2, which was airdropped to all bastard holders.

The goal of this proposal is to use 1 ETH (including gas) from the DAO treasury to buy floor glicpixxxv2 on Genie. At the time of writing 1 ETH would allow us to acquire around 20-25 glicpixxx when taking gas costs into account. However, at time of execution, 1 ETH may yield a different amount of glicpixxx.

The glicpixxx would be used for future contests, giveaways and other opportunities that the community decides on.

Because glicpixxxv2 are a companion project to the main bganpunksv2, and because the floor price of glicpixxxv2 is much lower than that of bganpunksv2 it makes sense to spend less than we did for acquiring bganpunksv2, which is why I propose to spend only 1 ETH. We can always pass additional proposals to acquire more later.
