[TRAIT] IS 1844 A KNITTED CAP

BGAN 1844 looks like a mistake and should be considered a knitted cap based on what we can see. It is currently ruled a Bandana, but there isn't really any signal that it's a bandana instead of the more obvious ruling of knitted cap.
