Signalling proposal: Article on DAO'S

This is [just] a 'signalling' proposal to assess whether a future article on bganlawyer.substack.com on DAO's would be useful.

The Bgan ecosystem is being expanded very very well by the Bastard DAO and as a broader observation, DAO's are being created increasingly regularly. The DAO structure has become this sort of known unknown but is still conceptually ambiguous. Any article on this topic would assess the concept of a DAO, the structure and legal framework of a DAO and if required, the alternative considerations an optimised DAO may wish to take. Please note that any article on this topic would focus on DAO's as a general concept and so any positive or negative comments made would not be about the Bastard DAO beyond the inference that can be drawn from the Bastard DAO being a DAO...

As above, this is merely a signalling proposal to assess whether this topic would be of interest. If it is not, that's that I suppose. If it is, I have other commitments to meet before being able to put together a "more concrete" proposal. Voting "yes" on this proposal does nothing beyond suggest that this topic may be of interest, upon which I would merely notionally explore this further.
