Whereas the Bastard DAO has limited funds.

Whereas DAO revenue has been greatly reduced with the loss of royalties that once existed.

Whereas the Twitter proposal was passed at a time when money was easy to come by.

Whereas times have changed drastically.

Whereas the DAO seeks to utilize the remaining funds in the most effective way possible.

Whereas the Bastard Gan Punk Twitter account is currently run by two Bastards who split the monthly proceeds.

Whereas the payment for running the Twitter account is currently fixed at 1 ETH per month which is almost 50 percent of DAO monthly expenditures.

Whereas the DAO has current assets consisting of the following:

COMBINED TOTAL OF ETH/WETH: 16.32 ETH

Other assets consist of GFLOOR and various liquidity provisions for sushi swap and NFTX supporting the BGAN NFT ecosystem as well as the BGANS owned by the DAO

Whereas the remaining ETH/WETH will be GONE IN 7 MONTHS if we continue at this current burn rate
