Proposal To Amend The Current Sales Bot/Listing Bot Monthly Payment Amount

Whereas the Bastard DAO has limited funds.

Whereas DAO revenue has been greatly reduced with the loss of royalties that once existed.

Whereas the DAO seeks to utilize the remaining funds in the most effective way possible.

Whereas the current payment to maintain the listing and sales bots is .15ETH per month.

The intent of the proposal is to lower the fixed monthly payment for bot maintenance to conserve limited DAO funds.

Whereas the DAO has current assets consisting of the following:

COMBINED TOTAL OF ETH/WETH: 16.32 ETH

Other assets consist of GFLOOR and various liquidity provisions for sushi swap and NFTX supporting the BGAN NFT ecosystem as well as the BGANS owned by the DAO

Whereas the DAO has a current monthly burn rate of 2.15 ETH consisting of the following:

Twitter posting 1 ETH/month DAO signers 1 ETH/month Sales/Listing Bot .15ETH/month

Total fixed monthly expenditures 2.15 ETH/month

Whereas there are minimal inflows of ETH/WETH into the treasury at this moment

Whereas the remaining ETH/WETH will be GONE IN 7 MONTHS if we continue at this current burn rate

Hereby it is proposed:

To change the monthly payment for bot set up, maintenance and administration to .05 ETH per month.

This will have the effect of slowing the DAO burn rate and allowing the funds to be used for advancing the project as the community chooses.
