New Trait: BACKGROUND COLOR BLACK

This proposal intends to amend the BGAN TRAIT CONSTITUTION by adding a new trait called "Background Color" to CALM AF BGANs. This is a follow up proposal in response to a temperature check proposal submitted and passed a few weeks ago that can be found here https://snapshot.org/#/bgansv2.eth/proposal/0x0a80aa3f8e7c8914c8694d0cb2b73170a9a5411ee7bdcb01b9216a8f810262d6. In addition, you can check the dao discussion discourse called “background color traits.”

To start, we will add the definition for “black” and classification to the qualifying IDs.
