Should bastard #5875 be a thicc neck?

Currently, BASTARD #5875 has the neck trait: nuttin. However, it appears to have the thicc neck trait with 7 pixels across neck width.

The trait constitution for thicc neck reads only "a. Necks that are more thicc than traditional necks." So I checked out the thicc necks to compare. While many of them have 8 pixels across, other thicc necks with a GOAT goatee, like mine, were 7. Examples:

I looked at normal neck goatees as well. And while they too are 7 pixels across from goatee to end of neck, they have the pixel directly beside the goat as the same color as the background, implying we can see the background there and it isn't connected. Like this:

#5875, however, has different colored pixels, a color that can be found in other places on his neck as well, implying we are looking at his neck and not seeing through to the background.

Should #5875 be re-classified as a thicc neck?
