[Trait] Is BASTARD #9790 a THICC NECK

Currently, BASTARD #9790 has the neck trait: nuttin. However, it appears to have the thicc neck trait with 8 pixels across the neck width.

The trait constitution for thicc neck reads : “Necks that are more thicc than traditional necks.”

When looking at the collection there are some thicc necks with only 6 pixels wide. Several with 7 pixels wide. The majority are 8 pixels wide and some even wider. 9790 has 8 pixels across and is clearly a thicc neck.

Should #9790 be re-classified as a THICC neck?
