Increase all BGAN DAO PROPOSAL minimum runtimes to 7 days (168 hours)

The current BGAN DAO CONSTITUTION requires a minimum runtime of 3 days or 72+ hours. I think this minimum runtime should be extended to 7 days or 168+ hours. Longer time frames allow for more people to check in less frequently while still getting a chance to participate in governance while providing more protection to the DAO from quick, under-the-radar proposals passing.

If this proposal passes the language in the constitution will be changed under the section of Valid Proposal

Language Before 3. The proposal ran for at least three days or 72+ hours. Language After 3. The proposal ran for at least seven days or 168+ hours.
