[TRAITS] LOCK HYPE METADATA PROPERTIES

Currently, TYPE is the only metadata property that is LOCKED from being updated, but I think many of the HYPE traits were programmatically detected and the results are concrete enough to go ahead and move them into the LOCKED state. Since their initial deployment, very few updates (maybe 3) have been raised.

I propose we move all of the following HYPE traits into the LOCKED state, which will block updates to those fields and move us closer to finalizing all metadata.
