For the DAO to sell some $Floor and sweep some bgans

Currently we have 5.9k tokens which amount to approximately 8.3 ETH.

FloorDAO went through different development stages and with every schism they liquidated assets. While it is not the FloorDAO leadership (currently called flayer after a merge with nftx) who dumped them but rather the separated communities opting out of these recent FloorDAO changes, plenty of bgans have been unloaded on us. I propose we sell a little 1/3 of our tokens (approx. 2.5e) and strategically sweep (to the signers discretion) or bid bgans nfts.

The purpose is to offset the dumping, load up the DAOs wallet with more bgans, shake out the floor price death spiral and maybe revive the community a bit with some activities and giveaways with our holdings.
