Compensate overspent gas on glicpixxx

The proposal to spend 1 ETH on glicpixxx was just executed. We spent exactly 1 ETH on buying 23 glicpixxx on Genie (including gas fees). However, I did not take the gas fees for transferring the glicpixxx to the multisig into account.

Since the original proposal only authorised the spend of exactly 1 ETH, I'm making this proposal to be reimbursed for the additional 0.12 ETH is spent on transferring the glicpixxx to the multisig (see https://etherscan.io/tx/0xf8b1c14a55e36aa4ca9202f479b207eb1535f09ade7b56009c7994493a03810d)
